Keller Academy, LLC (“Keller Academy,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is an educational company that provides courses, webinars, downloadable resources, and a members-only community. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.
Keller Academy, LLC is separate and distinct from Keller Law Group, LLC, a Massachusetts law firm. Membership in Keller Academy does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Terms of Service and Membership Agreement for the full separation language.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Form submissions: information you submit through the Webinar Registration form, the Legal Assistance Request form, or any other form on our site.
- Community content: posts, comments, and messages you share in the members-only community.
Information collected automatically:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance.
Information from third parties:
- Payment confirmations from Stripe.
- Webinar attendance data from Riverside or other live-session platforms we use.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Keller Academy membership, course access, and live-session invitations you signed up for.
- To process your payment through Stripe and to send you receipts and account communications.
- To respond to your questions and to send educational and administrative emails.
- To send scheduled email/SMS communications you have consented to receive, and to allow you to unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our courses, content, and site experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. When we share your information
We share your information only in the limited situations below:
- Service providers who help us operate Keller Academy (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM and course delivery, Stripe for payments, our email/SMS provider, Riverside or other live-session platforms). These providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Keller Law Group, LLC, but only when you affirmatively submit the Legal Assistance Request form. In that case, the routing information you submitted (name, contact details, type of matter, brief description) is sent to Keller Law Group’s intake team at [email protected]. Membership in Keller Academy alone does not transfer any information to Keller Law Group.
- Legal obligations where we are required to disclose information to comply with law, a court order, or a valid government request.
- Business transfers, e.g., if Keller Academy is acquired or merges with another entity.
4. Your choices
- Email/SMS communications: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets) will continue as long as your account is active.
- Account: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g., payment records for tax or accounting purposes).
- Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your Keller Academy account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation, or as required by law. Payment and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never gain access.
7. Children
Keller Academy is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Jurisdiction
Keller Academy, LLC is based in Massachusetts. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If you are outside the United States and use Keller Academy, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members and by posting an updated version on the Keller Academy website with a new “Last updated” date.
