Membership Agreement

What your membership includes, how billing works, and your responsibilities as a member.

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Keller Academy, LLC (“Keller Academy,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“Member,” “you,” “your”). By purchasing a Keller Academy membership, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. What you're getting

For a one-time payment of $497, you receive access to Keller Academy for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. During that term you have access to:

  • Every course in the Keller Academy library, including the flagship Keller Success System.
  • All weekly Keller Academy LIVE sessions, currently held Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. Eastern.
  • The recording library of past live sessions.
  • The Resource Vault (PDFs, checklists, templates).
  • The Keller Academy members-only community.
  • New content added throughout your membership term.

Access is delivered through the Keller Academy member portal at portal.kelleracademy.com.

2. What it is not

Keller Academy is an educational company. This membership is not:

  • Legal representation or legal advice.
  • An attorney-client relationship with Keller Law Group, LLC, David A. Keller, Esq., or any other attorney.
  • Individualized professional advice of any kind.
  • A guarantee of any legal, financial, immigration, business, or personal outcome.

Keller Academy, LLC is separate and distinct from Keller Law Group, LLC. Nothing in this Agreement establishes an attorney-client relationship, and nothing on the Keller Academy platform is a substitute for professional advice concerning your specific situation.

3. Payment, term, and renewal

  • Membership term: twelve (12) months from date of enrollment.
  • Fee: one-time payment of $497 at enrollment.
  • Renewal: membership does NOT automatically renew. At or near the end of your term, Keller Academy may offer you the opportunity to renew at the then-current membership price and terms. Any renewal requires your affirmative purchase.
  • Payment method: processed by Stripe. Card details are not stored on Keller Academy servers.

4. Refund policy

  • All Sales Final; No Refunds. Because Keller Academy provides immediate access to digital educational materials, courses, recorded content, downloadable resources, and other proprietary materials, all membership purchases are final and nonrefundable once access has been provided.
  • Keller Academy does not provide full or partial refunds based upon a Member’s failure to access or use the platform, attend sessions, complete courses, download resources, or otherwise take advantage of available benefits. The membership fee purchases the right of access during the term and is not based upon actual usage.
  • Technical problems or extraordinary circumstances: if you experience a technical problem that prevents access, or in extraordinary circumstances, Keller Academy may, in its sole discretion, provide an appropriate remedy such as an extension of access, account credit, replacement access, or refund where appropriate. Any voluntary accommodation does not waive this policy or create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.

5. Your responsibilities as a Member

  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access with non-members.
  • Use Keller Academy content only for your individual educational use. Do not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Keller Academy content.
  • Behave respectfully toward other Members and Keller Academy staff in the community and in live sessions.
  • Do not post confidential personal information about yourself or others in the community, and do not use the community to solicit or provide personal legal, financial, or medical advice.
  • Follow the Keller Academy Community Rules (posted inside the member portal).

6. Legal Assistance Request — separate flow

If you wish to be considered for legal representation by Keller Law Group, LLC, you may submit a Legal Assistance Request through the form on the Keller Academy website. Submission of the form:

  • Does not create an attorney-client relationship.
  • Does not mean Keller Law Group has agreed to represent you.
  • Does not obligate Keller Law Group to take any action or meet any deadline on your behalf.

You remain responsible for protecting your rights and complying with all applicable deadlines unless and until Keller Law Group expressly accepts representation in writing.

7. Suspension or termination for cause

Keller Academy may suspend or terminate your membership without refund for:

  • Sharing account credentials or providing access to non-members.
  • Reproducing or distributing Keller Academy proprietary content.
  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other Members or staff.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Violation of these Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Community Rules.
  • Other conduct that materially interferes with the Academy or its Members.

Termination for a Member’s violation does not entitle the Member to a refund.

8. Intellectual property

All Keller Academy content is the property of Keller Academy, LLC or its licensors. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your individual educational purposes during your membership term.

9. Changes

Keller Academy may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered Members and by posting an updated version on the Keller Academy website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

11. Entire agreement

This Membership Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Keller Academy concerning your membership and supersedes any prior agreements or communications on the subject.
